It’s 1965 and Charlotte, a 13-yr old, English, parochial school girl , is forced to confront her sexuality when her stage-manager mother, finding her husband in their bed with the au père girl, yanks Charlotte away from him and plunges her into the capsizing world of a live theatre tour.
