The theme of the November 2018 Female Feedback Film Festival in Los Angeles was “Choices”.
Perhaps the most generic theme we’ve ever had, but each film was about the main character forced to make a major decision after a traumatic event. Pushing yourself when it’s the last thing you ever want to do.
This is always going to be a memorable festival for myself because while the festival was taking place in Los Angeles, 2500 miles away in Toronto my son Daniel Ross Toffolo was born. He wasn’t supposed to come for another two weeks, but he had other things on his mind.
The only reason this can happen is that we have an outstanding team in Los Angeles who runs a great festival for the organization month after month. From top to bottom, this is an amazing group of people assembled to deliver a top notch event on the first Thursday of every single month at the LA LIVE Regal cinemas in downtown LA.
