Alex is a young, Mixed Martial Arts fighter. The night before his weight cut, Alex veers off from his strict diet. The following morning, Alex begins his weight cut from 190 to 170 pounds. Hours pass and the cut is not going well. Time is running out. Alex must make a decision. If he continues with the cut, he risks hospitalization and even death, but if he succeeds he will be guaranteed money for his ailing father.
