What is your screenplay about?

When two lonesome losers, Susan and Charlie, hook up in a Beverly Hills Convenient Store, they take a ride in a black Lincoln Continental down Sunset Boulevard, along with Orson Wells ashes in the trunk of the car they unite in their dysfunctional mission to reclaim what little dignity they had, striving to make a difference in a world of illusion Susan steals Orsons ashes, climbing The Hollywood Sign in an attempt to set herself and Orson free.

This film speaks to the underlying truth and universality that all people deserve and want to be loved, accepted and appreciated no matter how old, or successful they are.

And it’s quirky and funny, and touching, and I love it!!!!!!!!

What obstacles did you face to finish this screenplay?

My inner demons, along with working to make a living and keep a roof over my head, which takes up a lot of time and energy that I could be using to write!!!!!! But I like food, well not really. I’m anorexic, but my friends like food.

Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?

acting, music, guitar, piano, dancing, watching films, film noir, nutrition. Buddhism. CATS, NYC

What influenced you to enter the festival?

I want to generate some interest in the full screenplay for Orson Wells Ashes, and thus perfect it and get it made into a fantastic motion picture, and make a living as a writer, doing what I love!
