The year is 1665, a city has risen tall in Jamaica’s Kingston Harbour, protected from the winds and waves, but unprotected by its King. It must make a devil’s bargain: a safe haven for the pirates that seek their fortune on the seas and cities of the Caribbean in exchange for protection against the Spanish fleets that threaten them. But the pirates that protect it may also come to destroy it.
