One on one video consultation on your short screenplay.
Step #1 – Matthew adds his notes/feedback to the report the writer already received from the festival.
Step #2 – One hour zoom consultation where you can ask questions based on the feedback and get ready for your next draft.
Step #3 – Get a best scene (or entire) script video reading.
We give the writer a one on one Zoom consultation on their script for 1 full hour. Then the writer can ask questions based on their feedback.
After the consulation, the festival will then turn a 2-4 page best scene (or entire short screenplay) of the script into a screenplay promotional video.
Email the festival at info@wildsound.ca for any questions and/or to re-submit your most revised screenplay for the initial feedback (within the week). From there we will set up the 1 hour Zoom conversation (be ready for questions on your feedback.)
Script Consultant: – Matthew Toffolo – CEO WILDsound ($200)
Matthew Toffolo is the founder and creator of the WILDsound Film & Screenplay Festival series that began in Toronto in 2007. Since then WILDsound has expanded to Los Angeles, and Chicago and now hold daily film and screenplay events showcasing creators from around the world. Matthew specializes in the art of the short film. He has directed over 50 award winning short films to date. The 10,000 hour rule is in effect with Matthew to understand what makes a great short screenplay. He has watched over 12,000 short films since creating WILDsound, and has helped produce over 100 short screenplays that were made into films. Matthew also hosts a daily Film & Storytelling podcast at http://www.wildsoudnpodcast.com where he talks with award winning screenwriters & filmmakers about the art of writing a great short script. With this consultation, Matthew will navigate the writer in preparation to having their short screenplay ready for production.
